CHESS PIE RECIPES
December 30th, 2010Ingredients:
4 ounces butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 tablespoon cornmeal
Preparation:
Melt butter; blend with sugars.
Add eggs and other ingredients and stir until blended.
Do not beat.
Bake in unbaked pie shell for one hour at 350°.
